William's Village North
When the University of Colorado at Boulder wanted a new 127,724 square foot, 6-story residence hall, GC Whiting Turner selected CCI for the concrete work. This building stands on a structural 20-inch thick second story slab. It is built on concrete columns and drilled piers, and features three full height stair cores, and one elevator shaft.

With five more concrete floors, and an expansive array of site-work, this project really testifies to CCI's ability in structural concrete, site concrete, and large project performance.

Centennial Civic Center Park
Radius walls, flowing grades, surfaces with stains and etching, and a unique layout make the concrete work stand out at the progressively designed Centennial Civic Center Park. CCI went all out to provide Centennial the structural concrete for climbing walls in three locations, an overlook shelter building, and meandering sidewalks throughout the park.

Featuring a splash park for water fun, an amphitheater for shows, and a spectacular set of play areas, Centennial Civic Center Park stands as an example of the cutting edge work performed by CCI in the last few years.

Dick's Sporting Goods Park
This 18,000 seat stadium is home to the Colorado Major League Soccer team. This multi-field, multi-use venue plays host to MLS soccer games, music concerts, football, and international soccer tournaments. The construction required CCI to supply and place 20,000 cubic yards of concrete and over 100-miles of structural rebar re-enforcement.

Billed as the largest professional sports stadium and fields complex on earth, Dick's Sporting Goods park is the first of its kind. Built largely of concrete, it is a showcase for the quality workmanship that is Christopher Concrete.

Colby Aquatic Center
When GC Prosser-Wilbert needed someone who could surround 12,680 square feet of water features, with pool decks, excavate and construct pool house foundations, pump vaults, pour city sidewalks, entryway, and lay down two concrete parking lots, and do it all from fall to spring, in Kansas, they called on the familiar staff at CCI.

Not only did this project win the 2011 ABC Award for Excellence in Construction, and the Kansas Ready Mixed Concrete Association 2011 Municipal Concrete Award, but it also shows the lengths to which CCI is willing to go in order to maintain good working relationships with established clients.

The Streets at South Glenn
CCI was selected for this 77-acre mixed use retail site in Centennial, Colorado. With a scope including all curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, concrete paving, drive pans, entry ways, and decorative crosswalks, this mall is a great example of the site work capabilities of CCI.

Included in this complex CCI also completed additionally the Hollywood Theater, Trice Jewelers, Arapahoe Library, and several other retail buildings.

Infinity Park - Glendale, Colorado
Starting in early 2007, CCI was selected to perform all concrete work for Glendale, Colorado's new, world-class sports complex and events center.

Infinity Park is a 5,000 seat capacity, rugby specific, sports venue. The park features all concrete, stadium style bench seating, surrounding a 91,190 square foot playing field. Attached to the complex are; and events center, fitness club, and park. This complex's multi-use nature lends itself to sporting events, outdoor music festivals, and large or small corporate gatherings.

The design style of this forward thinking sports and entertainment venue includes many radius walls, stadium style seating, and free standing columns. This venue has become one of the feature attractions of the City of Glendale, and is a fine example of CCI's workmanship and abilities.
